Supporting a Walk or Flight takes a whole community—and there’s a place for you. Whether you’re a prayer warrior, a hands-on helper, or someone who loves encouraging others, your service helps create a life-changing weekend for participants. Here are five key ways you can get involved:
Kitchen Team
Feed with Love – Help prepare, serve, and clean up meals throughout the retreat weekend. The kitchen is more than just food—it’s hospitality, care, and a chance to bless others through simple acts of service. No experience needed—just a heart to serve.
Prayer Chapel
Cover it in Prayer – The Prayer Chapel is the spiritual heartbeat of every Walk and Flight. Volunteers take shifts to pray over participants and team members, creating a peaceful, sacred space where God’s presence is felt throughout the weekend.
Agape Team
Share Encouragement – Love comes to life through handwritten notes, thoughtful gifts, and creative touches throughout the weekend. The Agape team helps deliver small, powerful reminders of God’s love in deeply personal ways.
Setup & Take Down
Prepare the Way – Be part of the team that transforms ordinary spaces into welcoming environments. From setting up chairs to packing everything away, this behind-the-scenes work ensures a smooth, distraction-free experience for everyone.
Transportation
Keep Thing Moving – Help with logistics by transporting participants, luggage, and supplies to and from the retreat site. Whether it’s an airport pickup or a last-minute run, this practical service is vital to keeping the weekend running smoothly.
