Kairos Prison Ministry International
Kairos Prison Ministry International is a Christian, lay-led, volunteer-driven ministry dedicated to sharing the transforming love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ with incarcerated men, women, and youth and their families. The ministry operates through a structured weekend retreat model followed by ongoing fellowship, support, and spiritual growth opportunities. Its mission is to impact lives, help build Christian community, and foster healing, hope, and reconciliation both inside and outside prison walls.
Kairos Ministry Programs
Kairos consists of three core programs, each serving a distinct group impacted by incarceration:
01
Kairos Inside
Kairos Inside brings a Christ-centered retreat experience directly into prisons through a 3½-day weekend led by trained volunteers. The weekend is followed by ongoing prayer and fellowship gatherings that help build Christian community and provide continued spiritual support within the facility.
02
Kairos Outside
Kairos Outside offers a 2½-day retreat for women whose lives have been impacted by the incarceration of a loved one. The weekend provides a safe space for encouragement, healing, and faith-based community.
03
Kairos Torch
Kairos Torch serves incarcerated youth through a retreat weekend followed by six months of mentoring. The program encourages positive choices, personal growth, and long-term support.
